Psychosocial/Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Design

I design psychosocial/psychiatric rehabilitation programs for individuals living with severe, persistent mental health conditions in residential care programs. Over the last 35 years, I have consulted with inpatient and community based programs providing mental health services to individuals living with disorders on the Schizophrenia Spectrum and Bipolar and Related Disorders.
The evidence based, skill acquisition groups and services I have trained mental health staff to facilitate has reduced the length of stay for individuals living with mental health conditions in residential care programs. Reducing the length of stay for individuals in community based programs has resulted in their timely discharge to live in the community.
